Principal Product Manager Policy Issuance
Role Overview
This role owns the complete end-to-end issuance journey across all Sales channels Banks, Agency, Brokers, Corporate Partners, and D2C.
It covers everything from partner onboarding sales touchpoints onboarding platform middleware rule engine PAS issuance.
You will drive platform development, partner integrations, system scalability, field insights, API governance, CX optimization, and structured delivery excellence while leading and growing a strong product team.

Skills Required

Preferred Experience
- Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience
- Life insurance experience is mandatory
- Managing large-scale platforms across multi-channel ecosystems
- Experience with Sales-driven digital journeys
- Leading transformations across onboarding middleware PAS
- Working with banks, agency, brokers, and digital partners .
