01Responsibilities
Act as the Product Owner for an agile development team, managing and prioritizing the product backlog.Write clear, concise, and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for development teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and go-to-market teams to align on scope, execution, release timelines, and to drive adoption.Continuously refine and prioritize the backlog to ensure that the most valuable features are delivered first.Participate in and lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Gather and analyze customer feedback and data insights to drive iteration and optimization of product experiences.Work closely with Senior Product Managers on roadmap planning, and product strategy, and identifying gaps and opportunities in our products and processes.Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and communication of product changes across the organization.Monitor product performance and assist in defining KPIs and success metrics for product features.Bring a problem-solving mindsettesting new ideas, iterating on solutions, and pushing for continuous improvement. What You Bring To The Role2+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or related roles in a tech-driven environment.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience working with development teams.Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and a customer-first mindset.Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.Preferred qualificationsExperience working in a B2B or SaaS environment.Basic understanding of UX/UI principles or experience working closely with design teams.Additional Information This role is a remote role.
