Role Overview
**
- Conduct customer and market research to support product(s).
- Develop and maintain the team's roadmap.
- Engage with clients/partners for feedback and co-creation.
- Define features and requirements, write tickets.
- Lead a SCRUM team as a Product Manager.
- Collaborate with development and QA for product delivery.
- Monitor production metrics, incidents, and lead post-mortems.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
**
- 5 to 10 years of Product Management or similar experience in FINTECH.
- Ability to support and enhance existing products.
- Develop and deliver new features.
- Strong stakeholder management across business, tech, compliance, and external partners.
- Prioritization skills across competing requirements.
- Understanding of modern scrum and product management frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations.
