About the Role

Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of cutting-edge research programs focused on cancer biology and therapeutic development. Develop and implement novel experimental approaches to target cancer pathways and overcome resistance mechanisms. Manage research projects from concept to preclinical proof-of-concept, ensuring timely and high-quality results. Mentor and guide junior research staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including clinical development, pharmacology, and toxicology. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in oncology research and translate new scientific findings into research strategies. Requirements Ph.D. in Oncology, Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in oncology drug discovery. Proven track record of leading research projects and delivering impactful scientific results, demonstrated by high-quality publications. Extensive experience with in vitro and in vivo cancer models, molecular techniques, and assay development. Strong understanding of cancer signaling pathways, tumor microenvironment, and drug resistance mechanisms. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
