As part of our IT organization, we are seeking an experienced Principal Salesforce Developer to provide technical leadership for our Salesforce platform and guide a team of developers supporting critical commercial and service business capabilities across multiple regions.
This role combines hands-on Salesforce development with technical leadership, solution design, mentoring, and delivery ownership. You will partner with business stakeholders, architects, business analysts, and global IT teams to build scalable solutions that support Edwards' growth and digital transformation initiatives.

How youll make an impact:
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, fostering technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce projects and enhancements, ensuring alignment with enterprise arc .
