Job Description:
Client Acquisition & Business Development:
Acquire new priority banking clients through referrals, networking, and market outreach.
Identify and cultivate relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and stay updated on wealth management trends.
Wealth Advisory & Relationship Management:
Understand client needs, risk profiles, and financial goals to provide personalized wealth management solutions.
Offer a range of banking and investment products, including mutual funds, insurance, structured products, and lending solutions.
Collaborate with product specialists, investment advisors, and external partners to deliver holistic wealth solutions.
Regularly review client portfolios and provide strategic recommendations based on market conditions.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and investment recommendations.
Mitigate risks by conducting thorough due diligence and ensuring proper documentation.
Sales & Revenue Management:
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Track and report key performance metrics, including client acquisition, portfolio growth, and cross-sell ratios.
Drive fee income by promoting value-added products and services. .
