** - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a subject of a technical nature - 3 years of work experience in Financial Services, and/or accounting/controller background - Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint - Proficiency with data mining/gathering and manipulation of data sets - Proven track record for executing special projects with little lead time - Inquisitive, enthusiastic, and diligent with the ability to challenge peers - Highly motivated, able to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines - Good team player and respected partner for Business, Finance, and FP&A Teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. Your main tasks will include financial control, forecasting, budgeting, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities, and advising the line of business CFOs on increasing profitability and efficiencies. You will analyze, prepare, and reconcile accounting and technical data, while also devising ways to streamline and minimize cycle times through automation and process improvement.
