Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare investor presentations and marketing materials. - Conduct investor due diligence and respond to investor inquiries. - Manage investor relationships and communications. - Track fundraising progress and reporting. - Support the team in closing fundraising rounds. - Research and analyze market trends in private equity fundraising.

Qualifications Required

- MBA or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience in private equity or a related field. - Strong understanding of private equity fundraising. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
