Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients, generate revenue, and maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI & corporate clients, offering wealth advisory services.
- Drive growth of Assets Under Management (AUM) or book size.
- Analyze clients' financial information to develop strategies for meeting their objectives.
- Conduct mandatory meetings with clients to keep them informed about the market scenario.
- Analyze client portfolios, make recommendations for financial products, and assess their risk appetite.
- Identify customer needs, provide updates to superiors as required, and create plans to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications Required
- 5+ years of Wealth Management experience in the industry, preferably from a Wealth Platform or banking background.
- Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline.
- Understanding of market trends, investment products, and wealth platforms.
- Certification in MS Office, MS Excel, AMFI, IRDA.
- Strong result orientation, customer focus, knowledge-driven approach, and aggression.
- Ability to continuously improve, plan and organize effectively, and manage interpersonal relationships.
- Passion for acquisition and sales, along with knowledge of investment products, macro fundamentals, and behavioral finance.
