01Overview
Amazon Operations primarily consist of Inventory planning & supply chain, warehouse management, transportation, 3P seller order fulfillment, customer returns & customer service. The tasks handled by operations have a direct impact on customer experience with Amazon.com. You will work with the Leadership team at to improve existing systems or processes or devise new ways and reduce defects to serve Amazons customers better.
You will be required to analyze data, interact with cross functional teams, recommend and pilot improvements that will help us serve our customers better, in line with our goal to be the Earths Most Customer Centric Company.
Key job responsibilities
Manage daily floor operations (inbound, outbound, and re-boxing)
Allocate tasks and monitor associate productivity
Ensure quality checks and minimize defects
Follow and enforce SOP compliance
Track and report daily performance metrics (KPI)
Coordinate with Area Managers for smooth operations
Resolve on-floor issues and ensure timely dispatch Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experiencehigh school diploma or equivalent
- High school or equivalent Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
