Process Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned process tasks accurately and within defined turnaround times, following standard operating procedures
- Monitor daily process volumes and ensure timely completion of assigned queues and workflows
- Identify process errors, discrepancies, or exceptions and escalate or resolve them as per defined guidelines
- Maintain accurate process documentation, logs, and records for audit and reporting purposes
- Support quality checks and adhere to process compliance and accuracy benchmarks
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional teams to resolve process-related queries and issues
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members on process workflows and standards
- Prepare and share regular status reports on process performance and productivity
- Ensure adherence to data security, confidentiality, and compliance requirements in all process activities
