Department: Dental Billing
Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work From Office)
Experience: 0.5 3 years (Eligibility Verification in Dental Billing)
Work Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST or 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Salary: As per the market standard and experience
About the Role
We are seeking a Process Associate to work collaboratively with our highly versatile, cross-functional Medical and Dental Billing team, providing accurate and qualitative billing services to clients.
The ideal candidate will work the US shift (Monday to Friday) and should have a strong understanding of Dental Billing and Eligibility Verification processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesVerify dental and medical insurance eligibility for patients.Handle billing inquiries and communicate effectively with patients and insurance providers.Ensure accurate and timely processing of dental and medical claims.Maintain proper documentation in client software and ensure a clear audit trail.Analyze Accounts Receivable (A/R) data, identify underpayments and top denial reasons, and document appropriately.Perform pre-call analysis and check claim status via payer calls, IVR, or web portals.Handle denial management and follow up for claim resolution.Demonstrate good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) concepts.Provide excellent customer service and communication at all stages.Familiarity with Healthcare terminology, ICD/CPT codes is a plus.
Required Skills and QualificationsFluent in English with strong verbal communication skills.Prior experience in Eligibility Verification is mandatory.Understanding of Dental Billing and RCM processes.Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to excellent customer service.Willingness to work in a night shift (US hours).BDS Qualification will be a plus
