Process Development Engineer - Machining

As a Process Development Engineer - Machining at HHV Pumps Private Limited, your role involves developing, implementing, and industrializing machining processes to enhance safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and net working capital. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Finance to lead process development initiatives. Your responsibilities include defining strategies for machine park expansion, driving productivity improvements through lean manufacturing, and preparing business cases for management. Additionally, you will be expected to introduce digital tools and data-driven controls, define and improve KPIs, and interact with other machining entities within the division and the BA.
