Process Engineering Credit Underwriting (Gurugram)

Role & responsibilities Detailed understanding of underwriting process and Policy for mortgage (Home Loan and Non-Home Loan Thorough understanding of LOS (Loan Origination System) Sales Force and Kastle Analytical skills to handle complex scenarios in system for various policy norms to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and operational efficiency Preferred candidate profile - What if analysis in accordance with the policy/guideline's changes - Preparing rules to be run in BRE (Business Rule Engine) as per policy norms - Identifying and mapping data fields with relevant BRE rules, to enable smooth functioning of BRE - Preparation of scenarios/test cases and testing in UAT environment - Assisting in successful implementation of current business rules/modifications in LOS (includes release of modifications and training of user) - Managing issues raised on Production support platform by user - Working closely with IT team for any new system development and doing impact analysis of various changes proposed in the system - Publishing regular tracker to stakeholders for update on various activities / projects .
