Roles and Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and maintain process excellence frameworks to improve operational efficiency across finance processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions using SAP HANA and Power BI tools.
Develop and execute workflow automation projects to streamline financial operations, reducing manual errors and improving productivity.
Provide analytics insights to stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency, identifying opportunities for further optimization.
Job Requirements :
5-7 years of experience in Process Excellence Analyst role within the Financial Services industry.
Strong understanding of SAP HANA systems and ability to leverage its capabilities for process improvements.
Proficiency in Power BI toolset, including data modeling, visualization, and reporting. .
