Job Title: : Process Excellence / Continuous Improvement Senior Manager
Location: Chennai
Candidate Specification& Job Responsibilities
Candidate should have 10+ years of progressive experience in Process Improvements for BFSI Domain
Identify Process Improvement opportunities, develop plans to execute Lean Six Sigma projects in consultation with Delivery leads
Work with Delivery Leads to quantify gains, conduct feasibility studies, assist business case preparation, support solution deployment, drive CI culture
Programming of high impact organization wide program for the organization & its clients
Support Delivery in SLA Conformance Management, new Process Transition, and associated deliverables
Facilitate Agile Way of Working Culture within Delivery Organization
Create re-useable assets in form of Case Studies and deploy Knowledge Management practices
Support in Transformation Solutions build for RFPs & RFIs.
Practice in Consulting & Due diligence projects as per opportunity
Candidate should be flexible working in any shifts .
