We are hiring candidates with 0-5 years of experience for multiple Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, Voice Process, Non-Voice, Chat Support and Email Support opportunities.

Job Role: Customer Support Executive / Customer Service Executive
Experience: 0-5 Years
Locations: Bangalore (Bengaluru) & Hyderabad
Salary:
- Freshers: 2.05 LPA - 4.0 LPA
- Experienced: Up to 6.5 LPA and based on experience, skills and process.
Working Days: 5 Days
Shifts: Day Shifts & Rotational Shifts (US)
Transportation: 2 Way Transport for ( 30 Kms) US Rotational Shifts
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate with customers through voice, chat or email, depending on the process.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.
- Follow company processes, quality standards and performance guidelines.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates with 0-5 years of experience can apply.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in day or rotational shifts.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
