Job descriptionLooking for an opportunity to work on global process improvement initiatives which result in providing world class customer solutions to clientsYou ll work directly on client facing activities, as well as offer recommendations for internal standardization and process improvement needs across our global company footprint. You ll lead and manage globally spanned and/or client facing process improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Youll report to an Executive Director, Project Management. You ll contribute to the success of the business as you are the primary point of contact overseeing various client projects.
During a Typical Day, You ll
Develop and maintain reports that enable the management of continuous performance improvement and operational excellenceMonitor and maintain improvements via robust Control Planning and Compliance MeasuresCommunicate ongoing project performance with management at various levels of the organization and participate in the planning and development of client-facing presentations with supporting tools and documentationRecommend process standards to ensure consistent methodology and Providing Lean Six Sigma educational support to the organizationCoach prospective students through our Lean Six Sigma Education offerings (White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt)Support departmental improvements such as tools, templates, processesWhat You Bring to the Role
College degree or equivalent experienceCertification as Lean and/or Six Sigma Black BeltExperience in process improvement methodologyExperience managing cross-functional teams and leading global improvement initiativesProficient in Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project)Proficient in Minitab or other statistical softwareWhat You Can Expect
