About the roleInfosys BPM Ltd. is seeking a Process Lead for Legal Process Management (LPM) focused on contract management. The role operates on a US shift schedule and follows a hybrid work model with three mandatory onsite days per week in Bangalore.Key responsibilitiesManage endtoend contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and executing agreements with thirdparty vendors.Conduct quality checks, analysis, and compliance reviews of commercial contracts.Negotiate commercial terms, interpret contractual language, and apply standard fallback provisions.Collaborate with the Legal team to obtain approvals for exceptions and special provisions.Lead a team, prepare projectrelated reports, and handle clientfacing escalations.Required profileLLB degree (minimum 5year program).47 years of experience in contract management, drafting, and negotiation.Immediate to 30day notice period.Willingness to relocate and work the 9:30PM6:30AM IST shift.Hybrid work model (3 days onsite per week).Required skillsStrong legal analytical and review capabilities.Excellent legal writing and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office.Familiarity with legal databases and standard contract templates.What we offerOpportunity to work with a global leader in business process management.Hybrid work arrangement with exposure to USbased clients.Professional growth in contract management and legal operations. .
