Your Role
As a Process / Production Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing production processes to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor process and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Control plant operations through field inspections and control room systems
- Monitor process parameters, pressures, temperatures, flow rates, and equipment performance
- Perform routine operational checks and equipment inspections
- Start up, shut down, and adjust production systems as required
- Identify process abnormalities and take corrective actions within operating procedures
- Support preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting activities
- Maintain accurate operational logs, reports, and production records
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, environmental regulations, and operating procedures
- Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to improve plant performance and reliability
