- Perform daily reconciliation of cash and securities positions between bank systems and custodian books
- Identify and investigate reconciliation breaks ensuring timely resolution
- Liaise with custodians internal teams and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Monitor aged breaks and escalate unresolved issues as per defined procedures
- Ensure adherence to reconciliation controls policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all reconciliation activities
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency
