Role Description The Marketing Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for guiding the marketing function for NoBrokerHood. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales and product teams, and analyzing performance metrics to drive user acquisition and engagement. The Marketing Team Lead will oversee and mentor a team, allocate responsibilities, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day activities include developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, conducting market research, and optimizing campaigns to strengthen brand positioning. The role also requires effective stakeholder communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and continuous improvement of processes to support business growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team.Strong Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder management.Experience in Marketing, including campaign planning, brand positioning, digital marketing, and performance analysis.Background in Sales or sales-enabled marketing, with the ability to align marketing initiatives with revenue and growth goals.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.Proven experience in leading marketing teams in tech, SaaS, or consumer-facing platforms; experience in community or prop-tech domains is beneficial.Strong analytical skills, familiarity with marketing analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment. .
