Role Details Team/ Function Human Capital (Learning & Development) Location-Noida Designation-DM Key Role Related Roles a) Process Training b) Freshers Training c) Content Creation Role Objective We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented Process Trainer who will be responsible for driving process capability across teams by designing, delivering, and evaluating functional learning interventions. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and HR to ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to perform effectively and consistently. The ideal candidate should have experience in process training, content development, onboarding, refresher training, and capability building in a fast-paced organization. Role Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging process and functional training programs for Freshers and existing employees. Conduct induction, onboarding, role-based, and refresher training programs across business functions such as Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Customer Success, Enterprise Business, and Support functions. Partner with business stakeholders to identify process knowledge gaps and recommend learning interventions. Develop and update training content, including facilitator guides, learner manuals, SOPs, process maps, presentations, videos, assessments, and job aids. Stay current with process, policy, and system updates, and revise training materials to ensure content remains accurate and relevant. Facilitate engaging virtual and classroom training sessions using interactive learning methodologies. Monitor trainee progress through assessments, evaluations, and knowledge checks, providing coaching and feedback where required to improve performance. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, observations, and business performance metrics. Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content. Drive continuous improvement by incorporating learner feedback and business insights into training design. .
