Role & responsibilitiesConfigure and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, switches, routers).Manage FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, and security policies.Monitor and troubleshoot network issues; ensure SLA compliance.Deploy and optimize wireless networks (RF planning, access points).Perform network health checks and maintain documentation.Support NOC operations and incident response.Deliver technical training and ensure security best practices.Preferred candidate profileCertifications: CCNA, CCNP, or Fortinet NSE.Experience: 2-5 years in networking and firewall management.Technical Skills: FortiGate, VPNs, wireless technologies.Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication abilities.Security Awareness: Knowledge of best practices and compliance. .
