Ltd. is a fast-growing interior fit-out and civil solutions company delivering turnkey projects across corporate, commercial, healthcare, industrial, and residential sectors.Backed by strong execution capabilities and structured systems, we are strengthening our procurement function to improve cost efficiency, vendor reliability, and project profitability.Role SummaryWe are looking for aProcurement Executivewith experience in interior fit-out procurement to support our project teams with material sourcing, vendor coordination, and cost optimization.The ideal candidate should havegood knowledge of the Bangalore supplier marketand the ability to coordinate with vendors, QS teams, and project execution teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Development & Supplier Coordination Identify and maintain reliable vendors and suppliers in Bangalore Source materials for interior fit-out and civil works including:Plywood, laminates, veneersHardware & fittingsElectrical and plumbing materialsFalse ceiling materialsTiles, flooring and civil materialsFabrication, glass and metal worksModular furniture and carpentry materials Support onboarding of new vendors and maintain vendor databaseProcurement & Cost Optimization Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and prepare comparison sheets Support negotiation with suppliers to achieve competitive rates Coordinate with QS team for BOQ alignment and material specifications Assist in identifying alternate vendors and cost-efficient material optionsPurchase Order & Material Tracking Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) Track order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines Coordinate with site teams to ensure materials reach site as per project scheduleProject Coordination Work closely with:Project ManagersSite EngineersQuantity SurveyorsAccounts Department Monitor material usage vs BOQ to avoid wastage or over-orderingDocumentation & ERP Management Maintain procurement records and vendor database Update procurement transactions in ERP / Zoho systems Support GRN verification and documentation for accountsRequired Skills & Qualifications 35 years experience in interior fit-out procurement Good understanding of Bangalore material supplier ecosystem Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills Ability to understand BOQs, material specifications, and drawings Strong communication and coordination abilities Basic knowledge of ERP / procurement software is an advantagePreferred Background Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering or related field Experience working with commercial interior projects Experience coordinating with project execution teamsCompensation CTC Range: 3,00,000 5,00,000 per annum (based on experience and capability) Performance-linked incentives based on procurement efficiency Long-term growth opportunity into Procurement Manager / Head Procurement roleWhy Join BRENUR Work on high-value commercial interior projects Exposure to professional project execution systems Direct interaction with leadership and project teams Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling companyApplication ProcessInterested candidates may send their updated resume tocareers@brenur.comwith the subject line:Application for Procurement Executive Interior Fit-Out & Civil ProjectsKindly include the following details in your email: Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Current Location Key material categories handledImmediate joiners or short notice candidates will be preferred.Learn more about us: www.brenur.com .
