Job Title- Procurement Executive Experience- 4 to 6 years Location: Pune Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days Requirements Daily coordination with Supplier & Plant team for Plant inhouse Make/ VOR parts readiness Placing Monthly schedule to Local vendors and Tracking Contacting sales & service customers after their visit to monitor quality control and satisfaction. PO Updation in System Order parts Follow Up & Co-ordination With Vendors for Timely parts Deliveries Provide the BO parts receipt to W/H Team for GRN Follow up of Potential Backorder and Critical Parts and ETA communication to CRM team Close the Discrepancy issues Power BI, Excel , Direct Purchase, vendor negotiation, Inventory management .
