Position: Purchase Executive (Salary 31,000/- to 33,500/- net in hand monthly + PF + Bonus)
Timing: 9 am to 6 pm Mon to Sat
Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day purchase activities as per company requirements.Collect quotations from different suppliers and prepare comparison statements.Negotiate with vendors for best price, quality, payment terms and delivery schedule.Prepare and release Purchase Orders (PO) after necessary approvals.Regularly follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.Coordinate with Store, Production, Quality and Accounts departments.Ensure required materials are available on time to avoid production delays.Develop new vendors and maintain good relations with existing suppliers.Check pending purchase orders and take necessary follow-up.Coordinate for replacement/rejection of materials in case of quality issues.Maintain proper purchase records, vendor details and related documents.Verify invoices against PO and coordinate with Accounts for vendor payments.Work towards cost reduction without compromising on quality.Prepare purchase MIS and other reports as required by management.Candidate Requirements
Graduate/Diploma holder in relevant field.25 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, in a manufacturing company.Good knowledge of purchasing and vendor management.Good negotiation and communication skills.Working knowledge of MS Excel and TallyCandidate should have good follow-up and coordination skills.Compensation: 31,029.11 - 35,537.45 per month
