Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end procurement operations including strategic sourcing, supplier identification, RFQ/RFP management, negotiation, purchase order management, and contract execution
- Develop and implement category-wise procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and risk across all direct and indirect procurement categories
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing procurement team and establish clear goals, performance metrics, and development plans for team members
- Drive strategic supplier relationship management including supplier onboarding, performance evaluation, risk assessment, and long-term partnership development
- Lead complex vendor negotiations for pricing, payment terms, service levels, and contract conditions to achieve best-in-class procurement outcomes
- Develop and maintain a robust supplier base through market intelligence, supplier development initiatives, and alternative sourcing strategies to reduce supply chain risks
- Collaborate with finance, operations, engineering, and business teams to align procurement strategies with organizational budgets, project timelines, and business objectives
- Implement and enforce procurement policies, approval workflows, compliance frameworks, and internal controls across the procurement function
- Monitor and report on key procurement KPIs including cost savings, supplier performance, procurement cycle times, and compliance adherence to senior leadership
- Drive digital transformation of procurement processes through ERP optimization, e-procurement tools, and spend analytics platforms
- Manage import and export procurement activities including customs compliance, incoterms management, and international supplier coordination as required
