We are partnering with a leading renewable energy & industrial fuel solutions company to hire a high-impact procurement leader who can drive India-scale biomass fuel sourcing operations.
This is not a routine procurement role it is a nationwide vendor ecosystem-building mandate in the fast-growing biomass energy sector.
What You Will Lead:
Pan-India sourcing of biomass briquettes, pellets & agro-waste fuelsDevelopment of a strong, multi-state supplier networkStrategic vendor onboarding & capability expansionHigh-value price negotiations & long-term contractsEnsuring uninterrupted fuel supply for industrial clientsDriving cost optimization + supply chain reliability at scale
We Are Looking For Leaders Who Have:
512+ years in biomass fuel procurement / biofuel trading / industrial fuel sourcingStrong India-wide network of briquette & pellet manufacturersExperience in bulk procurement & supply chain ownershipDeep understanding of biomass quality parameters (GCV, moisture, ash, bulk density)Proven expertise in vendor development + commercial negotiationsWillingness to travel extensively for supplier development
Preferred Background:
Candidates from:
Biomass briquette & pellet manufacturingBiofuel trading & aggregationRenewable energy companiesIndustrial fuel procurement (cement, power, steel sectors)Agro-waste supply chain businesses
Experience with organizations such as Reliance Industries, DCM Shriram, Biofuel Circle, Shubh Shree Biofuels, NJ Renewable Energy, Somani Enterprises will be a strong advantage.
