01Key Responsibilities
Source and procure building materials (cement, tiles, bricks, sand, plumbing, sanitary).
Negotiate with vendors and finalize purchase orders.
Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance.
Coordinate with site engineers for timely material delivery.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and project standards.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Material Management or Graduate , Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in procurement for civil building/highrise projects.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of construction materials and local vendor networks.
Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/procurement software preferred. .
