Role & responsibilities
Research and identify vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Compare quotations based on cost, quality, delivery timelines, and service standards.
Support vendor negotiations for competitive pricing and commercial terms.
Raise purchase orders and coordinate timely delivery of goods/services.
Track orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Maintain procurement records, invoices, vendor details, and payment status.
Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and vendor performance summaries.
Monitor inventory levels and support procurement planning and forecasting.
Coordinate with internal teams including warehouse, logistics, finance, IT, and operations.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical sourcing practices.
Support procurement activities related to warehousing, IT services, AMC, maintenance, and infrastructure/facility management.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Basic understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
Knowledge of vendor management and market research techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). .
