Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Setting up metrics to measure the performance of products/functions and tracking improvements.
- Standardizing metric definitions and analyzing the impact of experiments related to functions.
- Recommending product enhancements based on analytical findings.
- Defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to enhance performance.
- Articulating business or operational problem statements analytically and utilizing data analysis to comprehend the complexity of the problem and potential solutions.
- Becoming the domain expert of the product/function by understanding user interactions with the product.
Qualifications Required
- 3 years of work experience in analytics and preferably possess an engineering/math/physics degree from a reputed school.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and comfort with numbers.
- Proficiency in statistical methods and experience in fetching and manipulating large datasets using SQL/Hive.
- Ability to analyze and visualize large datasets using R/Python.
- Business acumen and attention to detail.
- Understanding and consideration of stakeholders' needs and challenges.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
