Key Responsibilities

- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and market needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap with key milestones and timelines.
- Prioritize product features based on business objectives, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Conduct regular product performance reviews and present findings to senior management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Stay updated on industry trends and drive innovation to enhance product offerings.
**Qualification Required:**
- 2-3 years of experience in product management in the financial services industry.
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative field or business, MBA is a plus.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid data analysis skills and experience with market research and user testing.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA.
