Job Profile Product & Process TrainerPackage upto 35k in-handRoles and ResponsibilitiesPrepare training modules to conduct various training programs, including Product & Process Training, Soft Skills Training, Communication Skills Training, Sales Training, SOP Training, Induction, and more.Monitor and coach executives on grammar, pronunciation, syllable stress, and other aspects of the English language, culture, etc.Develop action plans for underperforming employees and ensure they progress on the learning curve.Coach advisors on improving product & process knowledge, create learning solutions, and customize training delivery.Conduct OJT & Refresher Training, organize JKQ, and complete the certification process.Conduct sessions on Compliance & Customer Satisfaction.Oversee the sales teams performance, ensuring productivity, providing necessary training, and identifying areas for improvement.Take on additional responsibilities as needed, based on business requirements.Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum Graduate or Post Graduate.Talkative, Enthusiastic, and Innovative.Knowledge of Global Market.
