Eligibility / Skills Required:-
1. Diploma / Bachelors in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) with minimum 2 years of experience.
2. Good documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to work in a hands-on lab environment for product testing.
4. Ability to develop relationships with CCTV dealers and System Integrators (SI) for market information gathering.
5. Basic understanding network protocols (TCP/IP, RTSP), CCTV cameras, Recorders, Electronic Security and Access devices.
Job Description :-
1. Manage end-to-end Pan-India regulatory compliance and product certifications, including BIS, WPC (ETA), IMEI, VAPT, and other applicable approvals.
2. Lead the complete certification lifecycle with authorities, labs, vendors, factories, and HQ teams.
3. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Logistics, Legal, and HQ teams for compliance and customization.
4. Manage EPR compliance (E-Waste & Plastic Waste) including CPCB/SPCB coordination and targets.
5. Monitor regulatory updates and train internal stakeholders.
6. Maintain dashboards: Internal portals for various work requirements, BIS tracker and reports.
7. Conduct market visits for competitor and technology insights.
8. Perform product testing and prepare reports. .
