About the Role
PragmaEdge is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Product Coordinator (Fresher) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in product operations, gaining hands-on exposure to product management workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the product team in coordinating day-to-day activities across product development cycles
Support documentation, tracking, and reporting of product-related tasks and timelines
Liaise between internal teams (development, design, QA, sales) to ensure smooth communication and execution
Help gather and organize product requirements, feedback, and market insights
Coordinate meetings, prepare status updates, and maintain project trackers
Support onboarding of new features/products through internal and external communication
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and product documentation
Take ownership of small tasks/modules with guidance from senior team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields preferred)
Minimum 70% aggregate marks throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation)
Freshers welcome no prior work experience required
Required Skills & Attributes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of confidence and comfort in interacting with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs)
Ability to work well under guidance as well as independently
Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Exposure to product management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) through academic projects or internships
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts
Prior internship experience in a coordination or client-facing role
