RequirementsDesign Conceptualization Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate and test design concepts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on design solutions based on feedback and data.
Copywriting Write clear, engaging, and user-focused copy that complements the design and guides users effectively.
Ensure consistency and alignment with the products tone and brand voice.
Data-Driven Design Use analytics and user data to refine user flows and optimize the product experience.
Continuously evaluate product performance and make informed design adjustments.
UX/UI Design Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that align with business goals.
Map out seamless user flows that improve engagement and satisfaction.
Animation & Motion Create immersive animations and motion graphics that amplify the product experience
Collaboration Partner with product managers to align on requirements and goals.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and copy.
Continuous Improvement Incorporate feedback from testing and data analysis to refine designs and user flows.
Stay informed on design trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in UX/UI, motion & product design.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with a focus on user needs and business goals.
Creative problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
