Product Development Manager

Lead the ideation, design, and development of paper and non-paper categories, deciding the companys range/collection, formats, number of SKUs, designs, etc., incorporating consumer needs and trends to maintain and enhance our brand's market position.Ensure product-market fit by understanding the product's commercial aspect, mapping it in the market, and comparing it to competitors.Conduct regular domestic and international travel to identify consumer trends, explore new vendor capabilities, and attend relevant trade shows and industry events. The objective is ultimately to introduce relevant products/features to enhance the brands position and market share.Manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring products are developed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Take feedback from the relevant stakeholders and analyze sales data to ensure the product-market fit is achieved.Collaborate closely with the replenishment and sales teams to gather critical data and insights for product development and procurement strategies.Oversee and mentor the Product Development executives for the OEM business, ensuring alignment with global trends and client needs.
