01Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Wealth Management division.
- Identify new business opportunities, products, and services to enhance the wealth management portfolio.
- Align the wealth management strategy with the overall goals
2. Business Development:
- Drive client acquisition and retention strategies to build a high-net-worth individual (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth individual (UHNI) client base.
- Foster relationships with corporate partners, industry stakeholders, and referral channels.
- Leverage market insights to identify and capitalize on emerging trends in wealth management.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of wealth advisors and relationship managers.
- Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and implement training programs to ensure team success.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
4. Investment Management:
- Oversee the development of customized investment strategies and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market conditions, risks, and regulatory changes to ensure optimal investment decisions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of diverse asset classes and global investment opportunities.
5. Client Relationship Management:
- Ensure superior client service and satisfaction through effective relationship management.
- Address client queries, resolve issues, and provide regular portfolio updates.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practices.
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and industry standards.

- Liaise with legal, compliance, and audit teams to address potential risks and issues.
7. Financial Performance:
- Monitor the financial performance of the Wealth Management division, including revenue growth and profitability.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Report on performance metrics and KPIs to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 18 years in financial services, with significant exposure to wealth management, investment advisory, and team leadership.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead large teams and drive business outcomes.
- Client Focus: Expertise in managing relationships with HNIs, UHNIs
- Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of regulatory requirements in the NBFC sector.
