Key Responsibilities
**
- Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for system-heavy product areas
- Drive prioritization and technical trade-offs across multiple initiatives
- Act as the primary product point of contact for engineering and leadership
- Translate business and user problems into clear PRDs, user stories, and success metrics
- Manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously with a focus on execution and impact
- Utilize product analytics, user insights, and experimentation for data-driven decision-making
- Coordinate cross-functionally to align stakeholders and facilitate execution
- Manage releases end-to-end including scope, timelines, documentation, and internal communication

Qualifications Required
**
- 4+ years of Product Management experience with strong technical ownership of system-heavy products
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software engineering or a deeply technical role
- Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, data flows, and basic system design
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to work 6 days a week from the Gurugram office
**Good to Have:**
- Experience in building or scaling SaaS, platform, infra, fintech, or security products
- Exposure to Web3, fintech, security, or infra products
- Early-stage startup or 01 product experience
