Product Management Manager Insurance

About the team: Headquartered in Noida, India, Paytm Insurance Broking Private Limited (PIBPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of One97 Communications (OCL), is an online insurance marketplace that offers insurance products across all leading insurance companies, with products across auto, life and health insurance and provides policy management and claim services for our customers. Role description We are looking for a Product Manager to drive acquisition, activation, and conversion across the Paytm Insurance consumer funnel. This role will focus on optimizing user journeys, running experiments, and unlocking scalable growth levers across insurance products (motor, health, life, etc.). Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end consumer funnels from discovery to policy purchase Drive conversion improvements across app/web journeys through structured experimentation Design and execute A/B tests to optimize onboarding, pricing visibility, nudges, and checkout Partner with business, tech, design, analytics, and operations teams to ship high-impact features Build dashboards, track growth metrics, and identify databacked improvement opportunities Improve retention, crosssell, and repeat purchase journeys Drive 01 growth initiatives and scale successful experiments Required Qualifications 36 years of Product Management experience, preferably in consumer internet/fintech/insurance Strong execution capability across consumer funnels Proven experience in driving conversion and running growth experiments Handson with analytics tools (SQL, Excel, dashboards, experimentation frameworks) Datadriven mindset with strong problemsolving ability High ownership, bias for action, and ability to thrive in fastpaced environments Strong stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration skills Why join us Work with a highperforming and passionate product, design, and engineering team.
