Role: Product Manager/Product Owner
Key Requirements
712 years of experience, with a significant portion in the corporate lending domain; Techno-functional background preferred.
Strong drive to position Aurionpro among the Top 3 Corporate Lending Platforms globally.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Capture, analyze, and prioritize market, customer, and prospect requirements that are monetizable. Incorporate these into roadmap planning to strengthen the product's market position.
Roadmap Ownership: Manage the product lifecycle and roadmap for Corporate Lending. Monitor financial objectives, investments, and execution.
Pre-Sales Support: Actively contribute to the pre-sales process, positioning Aurionpro's platform as the leading solution for corporate lending needs. Support solution selling and help close key deals.
Mentoring: Groom and mentor Business Analysts and Pre-Sales Consultants to strengthen corporate lending expertise across the organization.
Key Deliverables
Define and execute product vision, planning, and roadmap.
Proactively gather inputs for product improvements from industry trends, customers, and internal teams.
Prioritize enhancements based on commercial value and market strategy.
Clearly communicate and secure stakeholder buy-in for major and minor releases.
Balance engineering reusability with flexibility for diverse global customer needs.
Plan and coordinate product releases and upgrades with Product Engineering teams.
Own the change control process for the product.
Support sales and pre-sales efforts with domain expertise and competitive differentiation.
Conduct market potential and competitive analysis to drive strategic decisions. .
