Job Description Product Manager
Role Purpose
Looking for a candidate to drive end-to-end customer onboarding operations by owning the application journey from initiation to approval and dispatch readiness. The role focuses on enhancing digital onboarding experience, improving customer satisfaction, optimizing conversion funnels, enabling sourcing channels, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Experience: 5-10 years in Customer Onboarding, Operations, Digital Transformation, Customer Journey Management, Product Operations, or Process Excellence roles within Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the complete onboarding lifecycle, ensuring seamless customer experience and process adherence.
Drive digital onboarding enhancements across app and web platforms to improve completion rates and reduce customer drop-offs.
Monitor onboarding TAT and customer experience metrics, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
Partner with Branch, FD, DSA, and other sourcing channels to improve lead conversion, onboarding efficiency, and application quality.
Analyze onboarding funnels, identify bottlenecks, and execute intervention strategies to reduce abandonment rates.
Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and business reviews. .
