Job Description

Overview

As a Product Manager-Cross Sell at the company, your role is to scale up the Cross Sell business by implementing strategies to expand existing products, channels, segments, and customer base in a cost-efficient and technology-effective manner. You will be responsible for delivering banking needs to customers, building teams, systems, processes, and a culture conducive to scale and consistent delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Retail team, Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU to achieve these objectives. Your ultimate goal is to provide a seamless and fulfilling customer experience, making IDFC First the primary bank for all banking needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining the roadmap and developing conversational AI products aligned with business goals and customer experience strategies. - Understanding user journeys, pain points, and conversational contexts through research, analytics, and feedback loops. - Partnering with UX writers and linguists to ensure natural, empathetic, and effective dialogue flows. - Executing campaigns to generate leads across assets and liability products. - Measuring success through KPIs such as response accuracy, engagement, and customer satisfaction. - Collaborating with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement. - Optimizing the dialler strategy with the Call Centre team to maximize outbound and inbound conversions. - Staying informed about emerging AI trends and translating them into real-world product capabilities. Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - MBA/PGDM degree. - 48 years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years in Conversational AI, NLP, or related AI products. - Proven track record of launching Voice or chatbot-based products at scale. - Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP frameworks, and conversational UX design principles.
