Key Responsibilities
**
- **Product Ownership:**
- Own end-to-end payment lifecycle (checkout, authorization, routing, settlement)
- Define and execute product roadmap aligned to business and ecosystem needs
- Improve transaction success rate, latency, and reliability
- **Integrations & Execution:**
- Lead bank and merchant integrations, onboarding, and go-live
- Define PRDs, APIs, and integration workflows
- Work closely with engineering and external partners to deliver releases
- **Performance & Optimization:**
- Track and improve success rates, failures, retries, and conversion
- Optimize checkout and payment routing logic
- **Stakeholder Management:**
- Collaborate with banks, billers, and internal teams
- Ensure alignment with UPI, BBPS, and regulatory requirements

Requirements
**
- 12+ years in Product Management (payments / fintech / banking)
- Strong understanding of payment gateway, UPI, netbanking, BBPS flows
- Experience with API-led integrations and high-scale systems
- Exposure to banking/payment ecosystem and merchant onboarding
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
You will be responsible for creating business models, analyzing competitive landscapes, developing and monitoring data-driven analytics, and mentoring employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
