Role & responsibilities
Own the Zoho One ecosystem across CRM, Projects, Books, Inventory, Desk, People, Analytics, Creator, Forms, Sign, and other business applications.
Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable digital solutions.
Work closely with implementation partners and vendors to design, implement, and optimize business processes.
Manage product roadmap, releases, enhancements, and feature prioritization.
Configure workflows, approvals, forms, dashboards, reports, and automation.
Drive process standardization across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, HR, Customer Service, and Operations.
Coordinate integrations between Zoho and third-party applications, including ERP, payment gateways, communication tools, and APIs.
Monitor system adoption, identify improvement opportunities, and increase operational efficiency.
Prepare functional specifications, UAT plans, training documentation, and SOPs.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and user access management.
Act as the internal product owner for all enterprise applications.
Preferred candidate profile
4 to 8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, ERP, CRM, or Digital Transformation.
Hands-on exposure to Zoho One implementation is preferred.
Experience with one or more enterprise platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or HubSpot.
Robust understanding of CRM, Finance, Inventory, HR, Procurement, and Workflow Automation.
Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset. .
