Product Manager

** - Define and maintain the product vision, long-term strategy, and KPIs - Assess market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to identify product opportunities. - Translate payer and provider needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap. - Lead the end-to-end delivery of features: requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release planning, and iteration. - Own backlog grooming and sprint prioritization in partnership with Engineering and Design. - Drive high-quality UX for provider workflows, ensuring clarity and reducing friction. - Partner with data science and engineering teams to leverage NLP, LLMs, rules engines, and predictive models. - Serve as the product point of contact for stakeholder management. - Ensure product alignment with regulations and compliance standards. - Define and monitor product performance measures and lead A/B tests to optimize approval accuracy. **

** - 58+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare, health IT, or payer technology. - Strong understanding of Prior Authorization workflows, UM guidelines, and clinical documentation. - Experience building AI/ML-enabled products. - Hands-on experience writing product requirements and strong analytical skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to navigate regulatory environments and complex clinical workflows.
