Product Manager - FinTech

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 5+ years of total experience, including at least 4+ years exclusively in the FinTech industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building products from 01, owning the product journey from concept to launch and scale. Candidates with experience in Cards and/or Lending products will be highly preferred.

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product discovery and roadmap planning to execution and launch. - Drive the development of new fintech products from 01. - Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Business, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to deliver high-quality products. - Gather customer insights, define product requirements, and prioritize features based on business impact. - Prepare PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Analyze product performance using data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements. - Work closely with stakeholders to align product initiatives with business objectives.

Must Have: - 5+ years of total professional experience. - Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Product Management experience exclusively in the FinTech industry (Mandatory). - Proven experience building and launching products from 01. - Strong preference for candidates who have worked on Cards and/or Lending products. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication and product documentation skills. Good to Have: - Experience with digital lending, credit cards, payments, or other financial products. - Exposure to customer journeys, risk, compliance, and regulatory aspects of fintech. - Data-driven approach to product decision-making and experimentation.
