Leucine is on a mission to solve a problem that has remained unsolved for the past few decades and has claimed millions of lives: Poor Quality Drugs. At Leucine, we have built an AI-enabled predictive compliance platform for the global drug manufacturing industry. To scale the business, we are now looking to onboard a Product Manager who is passionate about using technology to solve difficult problems.
What you will do
1. Act as the overall product owner of our core products, driving release planning and day-to-day coordination with our (entirely local) engineering team and ensuring coordination across the product team.
2. Conceive, define, deliver and launch products, handling the full scope of product management responsibilities from investigation and setting the vision through to requirements, execution, and rollout.
3. Deeply understand our customers, their needs, and the broader market
4. Empower your team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment
5. Drive data-driven decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution in the face of ambiguity and complexity
6. Build processes that will scale as our team and company grow.
Requirements
1. You have 4+ years of experience as a product manager at a fast-paced Internet software company; experience in SaaS is a plus
2. Youre a creative product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, analytics, marketing, design and sales
3. You have experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
4. You are an excellent written and verbal communicator
5. You do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful whether that means writing a QA plan or hunting down the root cause of a users frustration
6. You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
7. Beyond just shipping new products, you obsess about continuous product improvement and can optimize for shipping a portfolio of small, medium and large releases.
8. You have a proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
9. You are mission-first and understand that your success is measured by your product and teams success
10. Youve ever started or run a business before
