The Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the LAS product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving engagement and partnerships. They will analyze customer behavior, identify new segments, and work towards continuous improvement and market penetration.
Lead product development and strategy for Loan Against Shares products.
Drive engagement and partnerships with the acquisition team, focusing on key metrics.
Build and maintain relationships with the Digital Team to enhance digital journeys and experiences.
Work closely with Policy, Risk, and Analytics teams to explore new segments and develop innovative product offerings.
Coordinate with Digital and Operations teams to implement technology and process changes, improving the user experience.
Conduct customer experience research, identify gaps, and propose new ideas to enhance market penetration.
Liaise with Business Intelligence, Risk, and Analytics stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop targeted strategies.
Create and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders, showcasing product insights.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights for product enhancements.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
10-20 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of loan products, especially Loan Against Shares.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proven track record of building effective partnerships and collaborations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for creating presentations and analyzing data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
